how much rain did we receive? the green areas come anywhere from a third of an inch to about an inch. close to an inch of rain or maybe more in carroll county and howard county. for some of you who like a damp garden, it did well for you. you can see the effects of the cooler air. mostly in the 50's with the light green shades. the front is moving to the east. tend back tox the great lakes. the heavier rains have moved into new york state and parts of new jersey.

there are still some bands of showers to the south. the front is to the west. if it doesn't move quickly, some of this grain in virginia could move into our area. we still could see some showers. the eastern shore will be the last to lose as far as the showers are concerned. morning showers and then a mixture of sun and clouds. if we get enough sun, we could move into the mid 70's for high s. the wind will continue at 10 to 15 miles per hour. small craft advisory on the bay this afternoon. as high as 20 knots on the bay. most of the rain will have moved into the north by this afternoon
